My Go-To Radiant Spring/Summer Make-Up

For me, make-up in Spring/Summer is all about those pink-toned nudes, light colours and radiant, dewy finishes. There are a few products that I have been obsessing over recently which I've been been reaching for on a daily basis to create my current go-to look for the brighter and (hopefully) warmer seasons!

THE BASE

After my daily skincare routine and moisturising with Celestial from Lush, I apply my Rimmel Match Perfection Fix and Perfect Pro Primer. I've been using it for a while and it's definitely a drugstore gem. It makes for a smooth, silky base and does wonders in minimising my pores. Next, I take my NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer, dabbing it under my eyes and in any red areas or over any blemishes, which usually tends to be on the bridge of my nose, between my eyebrows and on my chin. I blend it in using my Beauty Blender and my Zoeva Concealer Buffer to smooth any harsh lines. I then apply my beloved YSL Le Teint Touche Eclat foundation in Beige Rose with my Zoeva Silk Finish Brush. I only recently discovered this foundation but I am absolutely obsessed with it. It's a light to medium coverage which is perfect for everyday wear and for warmer weather. It gives such a beautifully radiant, dewy finish which I just love. Using my Zoeva Powder Brush I apply a dust of Rimmel's Match Perfection Silky Loose Powder in translucent over the areas of my skin that tend to become oiler, which is usually my T-Zone, my nose and my cheeks. I find using a loose powder sets my foundation much more naturally without it appearing too matte and it doesn't feel heavy whatsoever.

EYEBROWS

Once I've finished with my base, I'll then move onto my eyebrows. Anatasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Pomade in Dark Brown is my holy grail product for my eyebrows. I absolutely fell in love with it upon first application and haven't looked back since. It gives such a beautiful defition to your brows and you can make them as bold or as natural as you wish. I apply this with my Anatasia Beverly Hills Angled Brush.

EYES

For my eye base, I take my Maybelline 24 Hour Colour Tattoo in Pink Gold and apply this evenly over my lids. I then use the shade Nooner from my Naked 3 palette and apply this into the crease using my Zoeva Luxe Soft Crease brush. Then, using my Zoeva Luxe Soft Definer brush I blend out the harsh lines. Using the darker shade in the crease gives a depth to the look. Then, taking my Rimmel Glam Eyes liquid eyeliner I draw on my winged liner. Even though this is more of a natural look for Spring/Summer, I can't help but add my winged liner for dramatic effect - but you can skip this if you prefer, or even draw your eyeliner with a pencil for a smudged effect.

Next up is the lashes. At the moment I'm loving Benefit's Roller Lash mascara. I'll apply this first before adding my beloved Eylure Lengthening 116 Lashes. They give incredible length while still managing to look natural. My favourite lashes ever.

CONTOUR

This is the point where I go back and sclupt out those cheekbones. The Body Shop's Honey Bronze Bronzing Powder is my favourite at the moment because it contours beautifully without looking too orange or appearing dirty on my pale skin. I apply this with my Zoeva Face Shape Brush in the hollows of my cheeks. In Spring/Summer, I like to add a bit more colour to my face so I'll dust the bronzer across my forehead and down my neck using any large powder brush. Then, for a bit of life and radiance I'll apply MAC's Mineralize Skinfinish in Lightscapade above my contour on my cheekbones to add a highlighting effect. This highlighter is absolutely beautiful. Then, with my Real Techniques Blush brush I'll add my favourite blush, NARS Sin Blush, to the apples of my cheeks. I'll blend all of these in using my Zoeva Powder Brush to ensure getting rid of any harsh lines.

LIPS

Probably my favourite part of this look as I think it completely sets it off. As I said at the beginning of this post, Spring/Summer make-up is all about those pink-toned nudes and this lipstick is a holy grail in this category. MAC's lipstick in Brave.

And there you have it! My current go-to routine for a radiant Spring/Summer look.
